Lukunyu Palace is an unoccupied royal residence of Ssaabasajja Kabaka, situated on an island that lies in Lake Victoria in Buddu County, Rakai District. The Palace was a beloved private residence of Ssekabaka Edward Mutesa II. He occasionally went there with the members of the Royal Family.

Ssekabaka Edward Mutesa II bought the Palace in 1961 from the Governor of Uganda, Sir Frederick Crawford and work began on remodeling it to his requirements. Today, the Palace covers over 48 acres of land and is under construction and remodeling. The Palace is privately managed by Nkuluze on behalf of His Majesty.
