Omuk. Kitenda John is an accountant with a Masters of Business Administration (Projects) from Makerere University Business School- Nakawa. He also holds a Higher Diploma in Marketing and Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University- Kampala.
He has over 20 years’ experience in strategic Management, project planning and financial management. He joined the Royal Treasury in 2003 as an Accountant. He was latter appointed a Royal Treasurer in 2007, a position he has held to date.
Before joining the Royal Treasury, he served as an accountant/ Assistant projects coordinator at the Archdiocese of Tororo.
John sits on various boards as a director ie. at Majestic Brands, Namulondo Investments, Buganda Heritage and Tourism Board, K2 Telcom, Buganda Land board and serves as board chairman Buladde financial services.
He has been at the helm of modernizing the Royal Treasury, from a one department organization up to the current corporate structure with over 10 departments and 200 staff, with different professional backgrounds. He is a family man married with children.

Mr. Luboobi Samuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied ICT from ISBAT University- Kampala, and a Diploma in Advanced Software Engineering from APTECH. He is a Certified Microsoft C# developer, a Certified Oracle database administrator, a Certified Cyber Security expert as well as a Certified HIK Vision IVMS firm ware 2018.
Samuel joined the Royal Treasury as an ICT assistant, later he was promoted to the position of head of ICT, Transport and KPU affairs, a position he holds up to date.
Before Joining the Royal Treasury, Mr. Luboobi worked as a senior systems Developer and Data analyst with Stail Corp ltd, a Cyber security consultant attached to NSSF by Laminin Company as well as a Junior Software developer with Mega Borne technologies.

Mr. Mubiru Sam

Mr. Mubiru Sam holds an Ordinary diploma in building and Civil engineering from Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo- Kampala.
Mubiru served as an Estates Manager and a Land banking officer with Buganda Land Board until 2022 when he joined the Royal Treasury as the head of the Estates Department. Sam has Participated in various Kingdom related ventures like the technical completion of Muganzilwaza complex in Katwe.
He is the head of Laity of St Apollo Kivebulaya Seguku C.O.U as well as a General secretary for Nateete Archdeaconry C.O.U both under Namirembe Diocese.
He also serves as the Minister for youth and sports in the Mmamba clan. Mubiru is a family man with children.

Simon Ssenkaayi holds an MBA (UMU), BA-Ed (UMU), Advanced Training in SMEs (Istanbul -Turkey), Advanced Training in ENT (Dubai, UAE) & Training in Board Leadership & Management (Mahe, Seychelles).
Before joining Nkuluze, he served in both the private and public sector. He has previously worked with Youth for Human Rights International (Uganda Chapter), Germany foundation for World Population (Dsw-Bonita), Save the children Uganda, Uganda Red Cross society, Young Empowered and Health (Initiative of Uganda Aids Commission), Winsor Consult UK (Uganda Offices), Radio One & CBS (FM Stations) & BBS Terefayina, Ministry of Youth- Buganda Kingdom, Inspiration & Insights Hub Ltd as a founder and Lead Consultant, K2 telecom and Child & Elderly Support Organization.
He is a member of the Uganda Red Cross Society, a member of the Youth Committee of the World, a member of the International Youth Council and Buganda Youth Council and former active volunteer of the UN Online Volunteers. He is also a member of the World Creative Youth Forum and TakingIT Global Organization. In 2010, he was among the best authors of the World Bank Essay Writing Competition and in 2018/2019, he was the Vocational Service Awardee for Rotary, Uganda.
Mr. Ssenkaayi is an author of two famous Self-Help books, Naawe Osobola, published in 2021 and Amaanyi g’Obuntu published in 2018 by the Katikkiro of Buganda. He is also a media personality hosted on both BBS Terefayina and CBS FM radios respectively.
He joined the Office of the Royal Treasury (Nkuluze) in October 2012 as a Corporate and Liaison officer before fully becoming the Head of Department in 2017, a position he has held todate.

Lukenge Stephen is an administrator with an MBA (Management) from Uganda
Martyrs University – Nkozi & a bachelors in Hospitality management (BLHM)
from Makerere University He also holds an Administrative Law certificate from
Law development – Uganda.
He has over 10 years’ experience in Management and administration.
He joined the Royal Treasury in 2014 as an Estates Administrative Officer in the
Estates Department, He was later appointed Head Palaces supervision &
Maintenance in 2019.
He also serves as chairperson Nkuluze staff savings Association.
Before joining the Royal Treasury, he served as the business development
manager at Eddoboozi publications Ltd, and a Treasurer Buganda youth council
in the Ministry of youth Buganda Kingdom. He also served in various leadership
capacities in Nkobazambogo students association at MUBS & at national level.
Stephen is the Board secretary for Essuubiryo zambogo Sacco limited.

Ms. Namayanja Justin holds a Masters in Human Resource Management – Makerere University Business School, a post graduate diploma in Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelors of arts in Environmental Management from Makerere University Kampala.
Justin joined the Royal Treasury as an administrative assistant in 2011, later she was promoted to the Human resource officer and to a full head of Human resource department, a position she holds up to date.

Mr. Sserunjogi Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Makerere University- Kampala and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Uganda Management Institute – Kampala.
Derrick joined the Royal Treasury as an ICT Assistant in 2009, he was latter promoted to the position of Head of ICT, Transport and KPU affairs a position he served until 2022 when he became the head of Finance in 2023.
He has served as a board chairman of St. Kizito Katta C. O. U primary school as well as serving as the head of father’s union of Katta Holly Trinity C. O. U community.
